Terms Of Service

By commissioning me you agree to the following terms;- I, the artist, have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
- I, the artist, do not give permission for any of my commissioned artwork to be put on the block chain, turned into or sold as an NFT.Payment
- Payment will be through PayPal only.
-Payment will be asked for when I begin your commission. I will not start on the commission until I have received payment.
-You, the commissioner, may choose to pay all upfront, or half upfront and half after the sketch is completed and okayed.Fees
- There is a fee for adding a background and or shading to a commissioned piece which is determined on the complexity of the background and or the shading.
- There is a rush fee of %50 of the commission price as I am working and a full time student. Adding a deadline to your commission adds stress to my current workload.Turnaround Time
- As previously stated, I am a full time student as well as working over 30 hours a week. Because of this, my commission process is a bit slow and depending on your place in the queue, could take anywhere from a week or two to a few months. Please be patient with me.Refunds and Cancellations
- You, as the commissioner, are entitled to canceling the commission at any point during the process.
- Refunds will be given depending on how far along the commission is in the process. The refund amounts are as following:
Sketch: 80%
Lineart: 50%
Base colors/ base shading: 20%
Nearly completed commissions will not receive a refund.Updates on the Process
- Commissioners will recieve updates on the artwork at the sketch, lineart, base colors, and at the beginning of shading and the background if applicable.
- Commissioners will also recieve updates after implemented changes in the artwork.Commercial Use
- Please talk to me before the commission process if you wish to use the commission outside of personal usage as extra fees may apply depending on the wanted use.
